The e-CAM86_CUiMX8 is an 8MP ultra-low-light MIPI CSI-2 camera solution designed specifically for the Toradex® Verdin iMX 8M Plus SoM and Toradex® Verdin development board. It is powered by the Sony® STARVIS™ 2 IMX678 sensor, which provides exceptional image quality even in extremely low-light conditions.

The e-CAM86_CUiMX8 adaptor board has a 24-pin FFC connector (CN1), through which the camera module is connected to the Toradex® Verdin iMX 8M Plus SoM and Toradex® Verdin development board using an FPC cable of maximum 20 cm length. It supports RGB RAW data for both still capture and video recording and comes equipped with an S-mount (M12) lens holder, offering flexibility for various optical requirements.
