Full HD Sony® STARVIS™ 2 IMX662 Ultra-Lowlight HDR Camera

e-CAM234_CUMI662C_MOD is a Full HD ultra-low light HDR camera module based on the Sony® STARVIS™ 2 IMX662 1/2.8" CMOS image sensor. It streams 1080p video at up to 97 fps and delivers exceptional low-light performance with enhanced NIR sensitivity, making it ideal for autonomous vehicles, surveillance systems, and industrial applications.

This camera supports both GigE and MIPI CSI-2 interfaces for seamless integration across platforms. Additionally, it offers low latency of up to 75ms for real-time responsiveness.

IMX662 camera variants are available for various platforms, including Jetson Orin NX/Nano, i.MX8, and IP67-rated GigE models like the SMARTOdin22_PoE_IP67—a cloud-connected, PoE-enabled smart AI camera—offering scalable options tailored to diverse application needs.
