| 4.1 My device is connected to internet but does not list any updates? |
| |
| If there is any configuration mismatch between the device and the cloud, updates may not be listed in the device. |

| 5. Upgrade |
| |
| 5.1 What happens to my device when there is a power failure during upgrade? |
| |
| Your device will be safe. The device will roll back to the previous known state after you power on the device again. |

| 6.1 Is my data on the cloud secure? |
| |
| Yes, the firmware data are stored on our servers that are protected by very strict industry grade firewalls. |

| 6.2 What information is shared on the cloud? |
| |
| Device Id, device status and Product information are shared on the cloud. |

| 6.3 How are my account details protected? Is my account password encrypted? |
| |
| eSOMgears account details are stored in a database located behind powerful, robust firewalls. The account passwords are cryptographically encrypted and stored. |

| The trial version includes Cloud access, Developer kit, User manual and eSOMgears sample application. With these, you can try OTA update on eSOMiMX6 devices. |
