1.1 What is See3CAM_CU30_CHL_TC_BX?
 
The See3CAM_CU30_CHL_TC_BX is a 3.4 Megapixel, Color, UVC compliant, USB 3.1 GEN 1 camera with the S-mount (also known as M12 board lens) lens holder. The See3CAM_CU30_CHL_TC_BX is an enclosed product containing the camera sensor module board with 1/3" AR0330 CMOS image sensor from ON Semiconductor and the USB 3.0 interface board.
 
1.2 Can I get this enclosure for other camera?
 
This enclosure cannot be used with other cameras. If you want we can design it for you but it will attract some NRE charges.
 
1.3 How different is it compare to See3CAM_CU30?
 
See3CAM_CU30_CHL_TC_BX is one of the variants of See3CAM_CU30 which comes with an enclosure. The performance of the camera and the features supported are the same. The indication LED and the GPIO header are not part of See3CAM_CU30_CHL_TC_BX.
 
1.4 What is the lens used in this camera?
 
The lens used in the camera is S-mount (M12) with a Focal Length of 2.8mm and a Diagonal FOV of 120 deg.
 
1.5 What are the key features supported by the camera?
 
The camera streams both compressed MJPEG and uncompressed UYVY formats. It supports Full HD @ 60 fps in both formats over USB 3.1 GEN 1.
 
1.6 What are the supported OS?
 
The camera is supported in Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Ubuntu 12.04, Ubuntu 14.04 & Ubuntu 16.04. One of the key highlights is that the See3CAM_CU30_CHL_TC_BX camera is now part of Xilinx reVision™ Stack.

This is a certified FCC camera and It is compliance with CE.
