  The product sold by e-con becomes defective or non-functional under normal operating condition, during the warranty period of 180 days.

You can contact Support who will create a support ticket. Alternately, you can create a ticket yourself. To create a support ticket, click here.
Support team guides and answers queries to fix the problem. You can log in to tickets.e-consystems.com to track your ticket

If the support does not completely satisfy your needs or solves the problem, send an email to sales@e-consystems.com with the following details:

    Model:
    Serial Number:
    Software Revision:
    Date of End User Purchase:
    Reason for return:
 
On receiving the mail, e-con Systems will provide an RMA number. You may then ship the goods back to e-con Systems with the RMA number clearly mentioned. Further, you must share the shipping documents with e-con Systems for customs purpose.
 
The shipping cost is borne by e-con Systems.
 
The returned goods will be examined by our Quality team,
  • If the goods are found defective, e-con Systems shall bear the repair expenses and ship the product back to the customer.
  • If the goods are found defective due to any of the following reasons
    • Damages due to improper maintenance, breakage, abuse, alteration or modification, damage to improper power supply.
    • Damages or burning caused by power fluctuations.
    • Damages and corrosion due to spilling of food/liquids or any other material.

    The customer has to repay the shipping cost and repair charges. The product will then be shipped back to customer and the customer will bear the shipping cost.

If the product cannot be repaired within 30 days of the receipt of the shipment, a new product will be shipped.
   
 

If the returned product cannot be covered under warranty, you will be duly informed. In that case, you will have to bear all the repair expenses and any further expense that might be the result of repairing the product.

  After the expiry of the warranty period, if you wish to return the product due to faulty functioning or any other reason:
