We are quite excited that we made an impressive headway with our experiments on MIPI Camera Interface on OMAP35X. As you might have read in our previous blog, we had interfaced our e-CAM52_35x (5MP camera daughter board with OV5640 sensor) on to the Logic PD OMAP 3530 evaluation board. This week, we were able to get MIPI Camera interface working on TI AM/DM37x EVM.

I see you have used wires & connectors. Why is it so?

In the TI AM/DM37X EVM board, CSI2 signals are terminated to the test points(TP) on the main board only. So we had made this setup to use those signals to connect our camera sensor. And for the first time, we got MIPI camera interface to work on OMAP3
