Qualification & Skills Sr. Software Engineer (Windows CE/Windows Mobile/Linux)

- Platform Bring up Expertise
- Extensive expertise in ARM & MIPS platform bring up, diagnostics and bootloader. Working experience in e-boot or u-boot or any bootloader
- Knowledge of reading schematics, device datasheets and bringing up of the peripherals
- Device Drivers [Driver development, porting and optimization]
- Hands-on Experience in BSP development/porting. Strong Knowledge in OS concepts
- Working Knowledge of Character/Stream Drivers, Video/Display drivers, Touch screen driver, Camera Drivers, Bus Drivers, Audio/Video drivers, NDIS Drivers.
- Understanding the processor/system resources and Driver optimization techniques for various drivers is a must.
- Thorough understanding of Processor bus, bus access timing for various memory controllers, SDRAM/DDR-SDRAM memory controller configuration and optimization, DMA, Interrupt controller with ISR/IST design and development and Power management techniques are essential.
- Understanding of Network device drivers and basic network protocols. Expertise in Image sensors, Video codecs and Image/Video formats is preferred.
- Understanding and working experience of basic peripherals such as RTC, I2C, touch screen, Audio, LCD, GPIO, SPI, USB (Host/client/OTG), SD/MMC, SDIO etc are must
- Working experience in developing unit and system test plan covering functional and performance test cases from a complete product perspective.
- Programming Skills
- C and C++. Understanding of ARM/MIPS assembly is preferred
- Good programming skills. Actively interested to code, debug, optimize and test
- Experience in development and maintenance of complex code.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows CE/Linux Kernel, Device Drivers and Boot loaders

Qualification & Skills Sr. Hardware Engineer

- Technology Skills & Expertise
- Expertise in working with high speed digital and mixed signal boards with good analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of the mechanical diagrams of the enclosure and PCB design for those enclosures
- Experience in ESD, EMI/EMC qualified board design & experience in Compliance Testing/Certification is added plus.
- Experience in working with AV products, CMOS Image sensors, handheld products and battery operated power efficient gadgets
- In-depth understanding of the peripherals and preparation of Hardware Validation Test plan and System Validation Test plans
- Experience in working in ARM, MIPS processors and complex SoC targeted for Video/Imaging applications
- Experience Level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware design, development, Board bring up, debugging, testing and delivery.
- Board bring up done using JTAG/ICE debugger
- Knowledge on complete product development cycle from gathering of requirements to final product delivery. Client handling experience for a product would be added plus.

Qualification & Skills Product Manager
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Project/Product Design and Development. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a product.
- Solid understanding of the hardware and software features of the product is essential. Visualizing a product from architectural, development, maintenance and usability/user perspective is a must.
- Capable of defining the specifications and architecting the product is must. Should be capable of deciding the Proof-of-Concept requirements and defining milestones of the product development.
- Involves owning a Computer-on-Module product or associated product line involving Reference Designs with complete Board Support Packages and other hardware/software products. Responsible for the product conception, analyzing market requirements, drafting specifications, development, marketing, sales and release maintenance.
- Aspiration towards conceptualizing and developing new products while managing the mature products effectively. Eagerness to analyze the competitor products, reviewing the customer and marketing requirements and willingness to enhance the existing product line.
- Willingness to face the challenges of the product design life cycle and responsible for the success of the product.
- Capable of managing and motivating the product development team involved in design, development, QA, maintenance and customer support.

Qualification & Skills Quality Assurance Engineer
- 2+ years experience in QA of embedded services/products. Testing of
Windows CE, Linux based devices preferred. Testing from the functional and
performance perspective is a must.
- Testing on the camera, video, audio, handheld devices, communication peripherals such as GPRS/GSM, Etherent, WiFi etc. Passionate towards product testing and strong desire towards learning new features and testing methodologies
- Ability to prepare Unit Test Plan, System Test Plan and Acceptance
Test Plan documents from Software/Product Requirement Specification
- Experience in modularizing the test plan and writing test cases for
different modules of the same product.
- Experience in test case automation by tools (e.g. CETK, LTK in
Windows CE)
- Experience in writing automated test scripts (in Linux)
- Proficiency in Source repositories like CVS/SVN and Bug tracking
tools like Bugzilla
- Good communication skills
