e-CAM21_CUiMX8 – AR0234 Global Shutter Camera for i.MX8 Processors
e-CAM21_CUiMX8 is a 2.3 MP global shutter CMOS color camera based on the AR0234 CMOS color image sensor from onsemi®. This global shutter camera with a high frame rate of 120 fps can capture non-distorted images of moving objects without wobble or skew. It has an inbuilt high-performance ISP to perform auto-exposure and auto-white balance functions. It also comes with an M12 lens holder which offers customers an opportunity to use the lens of their choice.
e-CAM21_CUiMX8 supports the MIPI CSI-2 interface for reliable streaming in uncompressed UYVY format at 120 fps and is compatible with the Toradex ® development kit "Apalis iMX8QM SoM with Ixora carrier board". e- CAM21_CUiMX8 can be directly interfaced with the kit using an FPC connector.
