To newbies, SPARK is a program for university students and hobbyists. Under this program, there are development kits available for Windows CE at discounted prices aimed to promote Windows CE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Microsoft provides Windows CE 6.0 R2 platform builder complete version and also the Visual Studio 2005 complete version along with the kit free of cost! e-con in its part of the contribution,  provides the computer on module <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-consystems.com\/esom270.asp\">eSOM270<\/a> along with the carrier board with Windows CE 6.0 R2 BSP. The entire kit costs just US$349.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All this is provided under one condition, the end user should not use it for commercial purposes.
