It’s time for a wrap-up of blogging on E-con Systems website. You may have noticed 2009 marked our fifth year here on the Official E-con Systems website. Whereas, our first blog post was in January 2009 — and it was our busiest year yet. This is our 23rd post, a 95 percent increase over first half of the year. We’re also pleased to note that a total of 21,200 readers stopped by the year 2009, a 10 times increase in the second half. You hail from all over: the visitors are throughout the world. The top countries are (in order) India, U.S., U.K., Germany, China, Canada, France, Taiwan, Italy and Netherlands among others.
What captured your attention this year? Here are the top 10 posts of 2009, by unique page views:
- OMAP 35x Camera ISP - 2,591 unique pageviews (more than 12 percent of the year’s total). This post on how to program the OMAP 35x ISP in Windows CE for a sensor received more than 4x the views of any other post.
- Production ready Windows CE BSP - 1,225. Wave-mania struck after we explained about a production ready Windows CE BSP.

- Creating an effective image viewer in Windows CE - 196. A “small” change increasing the size of the bitmap for the exact required screen size creates a lot of effect.
- PXA320 – 3 Host Ports Implementation - 122. We could make the three USB hosts working in PXA320 which supports three USB host ports.
Beyond the website & blog, in April we jumped head-first, starting our @econ. Since then, we’ve tweeted many times, and are grateful to have gathered good amount of followers. Twitter also was our biggest non-E-con Systems referrer to the blog in 2009, a clear sign of its rapid growth in popularity.
Thanks for sticking with us through all of our goings-on over the past 12 months. We look forward to having you back for more in 2010. In the meantime, happy New Year!
